Pricing FAQ

Justice has never been cheaper.

When am I charged the closing fee?

Only when both sides sign the agreed resolution. If the matter never closes, no closing fee is charged.

Does the invited party pay a subscription?

No. Only the initiating party pays $29/month while the case is active. The invited party joins free and pays only their share of the closing fee at signing.

What if the resolution value is very small?

A $99 minimum applies. On a Consumer matter the fee is capped at $1,500, regardless of resolution size.

How does Small Business pricing scale?

$99/month unlocks multiple active matters, reusable templates, and a team dashboard. Closing fees start at 7.5% and step down with volume.

What does Enterprise change?

A custom annual contract with SaaS licensing, implementation, integrations, per-matter intake and per-closed-matter pricing, and volume-based reductions to the percentage — or a flat model with no percentage at all.

Does LuckLaw prefer one outcome over another?

No. LuckLaw earns the same fee whichever way the dice falls. The platform is paid to close matters, not to win them.

Settling has never been easier.
